The Millersville restaurant has to be THE WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. The morning crew bust their butt?s, and I appreciate that?but, the evening crew continually drop the ball on customer service and, getting what you pay for. If I?mpurchasing a medium fry, why isn?t the container FULL? Otherwise, I would have purchased a small. The employees at this McDonald's restaurant talk too much and have an attitude. When we asked how long our order would take, they simply said, "I don't know." They also recommended that we order the pie ahead of time, as they don't always have it available. The back counter was dirty and the employees did not cook the food properly. I do not recommend this McDonald's. Additionally, I purchased a machine and there was no mayo included. I also ordered 20 nuggets but only received 17.
Went to the drive through for an early dinner (around 4 pm), and the wait was incredibly long. After placing our order and getting through the line, we were asked to wait for our food to come out. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we left anddecided to get fast food from somewhere that was actually fast.
I ordered a #1 meal at 10:45am. Everything was cold, stale bun hard fries. I figured ordering when lunch started my meal would be warm to hot. It was awful. I need to start using a different McDonalds near my home. Don?t know what happened to thislocation since renovations but quality has been awful.

I ordered a mcnugget happy meal with extra fries and no sauce. I received 0 fries, but no worries they gave me syrup instead : I acknowledge that the drive thru was busy and things were probably pretty hectic inside but it was not a happy meal.
I recently ordered two Big Mac meals at this restaurant and both came without any meat! This has happened to me before at this location. I don't think I will be coming back. Paying $9 for just fries and a bun is not worth it.
Order online and wait 20 minutes for your food. Only to enter the restaurant and find out they didn't even start your order yet.
I am not a fan of McDonald's, but I am confident that the taste is consistent with what you would expect from McDonald's.
