I visited this McDonald's last night. After a certain time, you cannot enter the store. This could be due to Covid or lack of manpower. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was surprised to receive luke warm fries. No sure why however, I'llgive it another try.
The beef quality in the McDoubles here is outstanding, and I hope you continue to uphold that standard. I had a letdown at another McDonald's location with the same item. I really wish all McDonald's franchises would offer a consistent level of food quality.
Horrible service. Got 2 napkins for 3 meals. Not even 1 napkin per meal. Asked for more napkins and was told that that?s what they received. Limited supplies. No excuse! Asked for a cup of water and I was told they don?t have water.

This is the worst McDonald's I've visited. I work in the mall and order the same thing almost every morning, yet they always manage to get it wrong. Their lack of professionalism is truly disappointing.
