Today is June 16, 2017, and around 7:30 PM, I encountered her at the drive-thru, as I do frequently. She has the brightest smile that truly brightens my day! She always wears stylish glasses and/or headbands that just add to her cheerful presence, along with her wonderful personality. She's amazing! I really appreciate her creativity with the outfits she wears – my kids notice it too!
I wish I knew her name, but I'm sure you can figure out who she is; she's one of a kind and truly unique. I can't wait to come back!
The food was cold, and my grandson's Happy Meal was missing the apple slices. I went to the front to ask for the apples, but no one was there. When I asked a staff member, he walked away without responding. I said "excuse me," but he snapped at me, claiming he was getting the apples. I couldn't tell if he even heard me since he didn't acknowledge my request. It was very frustrating.
My friend and I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. We witnessed a difficult customer who was bothering the staff, so my friend decided to order him a piece of cheese as a gesture of appreciation. Jalyn, Malachi, and Austin Irene handled the situation with professionalism and grace. I really enjoy visiting this location!
Almost every time I come here. Even when they are not busy they park me. I try to do mobile orders to make it a little faster but it doesn't seem to matter. They park everyone until there is no more room to park anyone. Completely

Hands down the most incompetent employees McDonald's could employ in Michigan. The orange juice was straight water, and over half of my order was missing. Some **** poor management here.
Y'all suck now , waited no joke for 15 mins for a burger , a fry and chicken nuggets. (Watched 8 people get served before us) I mean y'all have been slow lately but
Good coffee... that's about all I get at McDonald's anymore. Just not the same quality poor service cold food
