Whether you like it or just use it as a quick source of calories in moments of doubt is up to you. My sole focus is on the new ambiance since the renovation in November 2025. Architecturally, the place feels like an unwanted embrace of Brutalism. Cold, concrete-look walls radiate about as much warmth as a parking garage on a snowy January evening. Add to that the harsh lighting, like an interrogation, where you almost expect the police to ask where you were at the time. Dear McDonald's Team Owner Mr. Getrey, I have a question regarding the ordering kiosk. In America and other countries, the calorie count is included in the order summary. Why isn't this the case here? Edit: It seems to have been closed for days, and Lieferando also shows it as closed. Driving by, it's completely dark, so it seems the restaurant is no longer open. EDIT: December 8, 2025. For some time now, it seems that orders for delivery can take up to 4 hours to arrive. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Ordered at 7 PM, estimated delivery at 9:30 PM. Outrageous!
We were there in the evening; it was busy, but not too bad. We went through the drive-thru and had a bit of a wait. I think the woman at the drive-thru was handling two lines of cars at once. She was very friendly despite the stressful situation. After the wait, we checked our order and everything was there. The burgers were also lovingly prepared Everything was perfect on the burger; we hadn't tried it before, but we liked it. If everything stays this way and you just have to wait a little longer, that's probably a good thing.
After the reopening, things continued as they had before. It's all about ratings... Orders are marked as ready for pickup after a few minutes so the waiting time doesn't show up in the system. On a normal evening, you then have to wait a good 15 minutes for your actual order. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were warm, but the fries were almost cold... But at least the order was complete this time. Unlike the last few times when something was always missing.

I was with you about an hour ago, got the Minecraft menu and so did my cousin. Just wanted it because of the figure; Figures were forgotten in both menus. I'm a bit pissed off because what did I pay €10 for if the collectible figure wasn't inside? Well… At least the woman at the counter was nice, she redeemed her coupon for us so that we could get the menu for my cousin for €10. I'm still annoyed about the figure.
The McDonald's has been remodeled to the new concept, but unfortunately, it's become quite ugly, with uncomfortable benches and tiny tables in the middle of the restaurant. I used to go there quite often, but with the new design, I no longer feel comfortable. I hope other locations, like the one in St. Wendel, remain untouched for a long time. The staff, however, are friendly.
Unfortunately, you can't order anything online anymore. It took almost two hours. For three Happy Meals and one wrap meal. The food was cold and carelessly packaged. The fries were just thrown into a bag. There was no ketchup. That was the last time I'll order from them.
Beautiful, newly renovated store. Unfortunately, even a new store can get messy quickly with customers; the staff can't clean up fast enough. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially when the store first opened and things were still a bit bumpy.
