Do not go here. Do not go here. You have been told twice. It takes forever to get the food to dine in. As you can see they got my food wrong, again. I went to the counter to tell them it was wrong and ask for a remake, but everyone looked at me and did not come to the counter. So, I gave up and threw it away. I only go here for my children because children are born loving McDonalds for some reason. It's not worth it. It's not even about the money, it's about the time. Del-co style fast food is the future. There will soon be no dine in. I pray for their demise.
Deployment of taking drive thru orders in proper order is lacking the past 3 visits after 8pm. Last visit the chicken patty was burnt. Also the attitude of the employees need addressing. Last night we asked for our receipt at 1st window, and sent to get it at 2nd window. The wrong receipt was given. We went back and it took 5 minutes to get what we asked. 20 minutes right now to pay for the order.. 16 minutes more to find the manager running two windows and lord only know what else. I’ve been in this area for years and have avoided going to this McDonald's due to poor service, long waits, and cleanliness issues. However, last night (September 3rd) around 8:30 PM, I decided to give it another try for a last-minute meal for my daughter. I’m not sure if the staff has changed, but it was the best experience I’ve had at that McDonald’s. The employee was friendly, patient while we were ordering, and got our order right. I think her name was Chauncey or Shawnsey. Thank you so much for your excellent service and kindness!

I went back to my car to call the store, no answer. By that point my food finally came, but not everything was there. I asked if I could get a refund, and was told to do it in the app. Well, the app turns out to not have that option ???? And the food was cold. Like, it?s McDonald?s, I?m not expecting much and somehow even those low expectations were not met.

Went here for the adult happy meal. I ordered two, one for my guest and I. They had the adult happy meal box but both boxes did not have the special adult happy meal toy. This is wrong and they should no advertise that they have this item in stock on the McDonald's app when it is sold out. I could have paid less for the regular big mac meal and chicken nugget meal. Two thumbs down. ????????
The staff at this McDonald's are rather unprofessional. I ordered a Pokémon Happy Meal for my daughter while heading home, and when it arrived, the box was already open, and the cards were missing. It seems like someone there might be taking the children's toys and stealing the cards. They really should be replaced. Also, why did it take 15 minutes to receive nuggets on a quiet night?
The service was chaotic. I ordered two Happy Meals, but only got a box with four nuggets, juice, and a toy—no fries. I also asked for a big burger but ended up with smaller ones. It took them over 30 minutes to complete a kids' order, which was frustrating. This was the worst service I've ever encountered. They really need to do better or think about shutting down.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. On multiple occasions, they basically take the order from 1-2 cars, then fulfill those orders completely before taking more orders at the drive through. you can easily spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through even if there are only a few cars in line. The staff is polite.
