Well, none of the 3 meals ordered came with fries. I also ordered Holiday pies, and got o e apple pie and one order of cookies. I know this place is busy, but pay attention people. This is like the 3rd time this has happened to me from McDonalds. It's not acceptable. Everyone makes mistakes, but every time it's something we're missing. The fries are the best part of the meal too.
I love the post COVID world. The last time I was in a McDs, a few years ago. Order at the kiosk, pay at the kiosk, tell the kiosk where you plan to sit and you are done. I love the breakfast menu. The new service methods and the convenience. Prices fair, coffee good. Bathrooms are to the right of the counter. I loved the experience.
I frequently visit this restaurant and have never encountered any issues before. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a Big Mac meal without pickles and with extra salt. When I received my order, there were pickles on the sandwich and the fries were without salt. It's not a major problem, but it was a bit frustrating.
My husband and I were in the mood for a hot coffee while running errands, so we decided to stop for some Mocha McCafes. Hazlt McDonald's consistently offers great coffee, delicious food, and friendly service from all the staff. However, if you're not a fan of loud singing and songs with repetitive, negative lyrics, you might want to reconsider visiting. The music tends to detract from a positive and relaxing atmosphere.
The highlight of my meal was the lettuce in the sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any of the sauces I requested; instead, I got all the wrong ones. The chicken nuggets were stale and tough, and the sandwich was poorly assembled. The presentation was also lacking. I'm quite disappointed.
The service here is always prompt and efficient. The staff is consistently helpful and resolves any issues that may arise. I will always make the effort to come to this location rather than the one that’s closer to home.
