Visiting this restaurant in the morning is a huge mistake. A staff member tends to shout loudly with excitement when they see someone at the drive-thru or the front counter, running around in the back making strange noises and shrieks. This is my third time experiencing this while trying to enjoy my breakfast in the dining area, and it genuinely makes my heart race, as I worry that someone might be seriously hurt. I find this kind of stress unacceptable and intolerable. Other customers seemed to feel the same way, gasping at the ear-piercing noise. I'd recommend choosing another place; there are plenty of other great restaurants nearby.
Don’t even think of going to any other McDonald’s location other than this gem right here in the heart of Van Dyke. I’ve literally been to Michelin star restaurants where the service even didn’t come close to the kindness of the staff here. I was in the drive-thru and the employee at the first window complimented my jacket and the employee at the second window said she loved my nails and to have a good day. You just don’t find customer service like this anywhere else folks.
Can I just say how much I guess they opened their playground? The food was fresh. Throughout the years, this location is quite consistent with its quality and customer service. They have updated their dining area a few times for the last 20 years, but the playground is the same. But they keep on maintenance (no tears or broken pieces) so you can trust the safety of your children in it.
I've been visiting this branch for two years, and it's still my favorite drive-thru! Tonight, I had a wonderful cashier, and the woman who handed me my food was really sweet. Mistakes do happen occasionally, but it doesn't bother me much because they get it right 99% of the time.

Everyone was super friendly! It’s almost 8:30pm and I’m sure they’re tired, yet they all seemed genuinely friendly. Micky D’s is my “I’m stressed and need quick food” choice, so I was pleasantly surprised how nice an interaction it was.
TERRIBLE!!!! MY FAT SON WAS PUSHED DOWN THE SLIDE BY ANOTHER FAT CHILD AND HE GOT STUCK IN IT. I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR EMS TO ARRIVE AND GET MY SON UNSTUCK!!! THAT WHOLE TIME MY FOOD WAS GETTING COLD!!!! HORRIBLE!!!. 5 stars
The restaurant was very clean and well-managed. The manager was exceptional and deserves recognition. She maintained control over her staff and always remembered to use polite manners like saying "please" and "thank you."
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic - they are speedy and welcoming. They definitely deserve a raise for their exceptional service. The overall service is excellent.

this is definitely one of the better mcdonald’s in the metro detroit area eat always fresh and hot plus the personal are rockstars. highly recommended?
