Bad customer service from the foreign manager with purple/black in her hair and the foreign cash register lady dont see how hard it was to get someone above yall to help with a issue i was having if yall didnt know the answer so when i get to asking for names no one wanted to give me they names so i can tell a manger who is used to me coming every morning during breakfast time when i get off work to tell him who i talked to today they walked off on me again for the 2nd time still with out helping so once i started to take pictures of them then they finally wanna get the the store manager to come help with the problem......they act so lost like how the hell you dont know who you work with or...
Over the past 10 months, this McDonald's has really declined. Most of the staff has changed, and there are only two familiar faces left, and I'm grateful for them. I've been visiting this location for lunch four times a week for the past 10 years, and I’ve always enjoyed it. However, since the new ownership took over, the quality has dropped significantly. I’m concerned that the new management doesn't have what it takes to run the place properly. I hope the new owners can make the necessary improvements and bring in the right people. Thank you.
Walked over from my hotel. All doors are closed... No signs saying dine-in is not an option. I called and they said it was open inside. I told whoever picked up all 3 doors on the side were closed. Then the person stated that he doesn't run theshots and that it looks like the manager closed all the doors for no reason and then said I couldnt come back to eat inside bcthey were understaffed. There were no cars in drive thru and no signage and the staff clearly doesn't know what's going on.. What the f! Do better and Get it together!

Whole staff is RUDE!! I handed the young girl my payment and said thank you then she just shut the door on me then when I went to the next window a girl handed me my food without my drink slammed the door I honked a young man comes to the window hands memy drink I try to say thank you again and he slams the window on me too. Fast food workers have to deal with a lot of angrycustomers but when someone is trying to be kind , it?s really easy to be kind back.
We placed a mobile order and were told it would take about 5 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, I went inside to check on it. An employee was just going out to our car, so I took the two bags she had. When we got home, we noticed the drinks and barbecue sauce from our order were missing. Additionally, the 20 chicken nuggets were cold and chewy. The restaurant seemed understaffed, which might explain this disappointing experience.
The food at McDonald's was exactly what I anticipated, which is always a good thing. The quality is consistently great! The service was satisfactory, and the restaurant was clean. However, I was a bit let down that requesting a cup of water is now treated the same as ordering a soft drink. I opted for water, but it felt somewhat strange.
The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the coffee machine is always working, which is great because I always crave coffee!
