Very well located in the walking area of Bienne. Don't expect to find a free parking lot around the building. We appreciated the terrace outdoor during June. Table service was quick. Staffs were nice and helpful. Food is like in any other Mcdonald's.
The service was incredibly slow, and it took 35 minutes for my order to be ready. Additionally, the staff seemed unorganized, and I had to ask multiple times before they acknowledged they missed my order. Worst McDonalds i have ever visited !
There is definitely a problem every time I order from them! Once we order a cheese without onions but there is still some, then I order a Mc Chicken, there is no chicken in it
It's not the first time I've ordered from them and each time the cheeses are always missing!!!!! And even no refund and never reachable!!!
