I visited this restaurant to pick up an order and encountered an unacceptable situation. A customer came in after me and went to the register to place an order. The manager rudely shouted at the customer, instructing them to use the kiosk instead. The customer explained that they couldn’t do that because they couldn't read. The manager coldly replied, “Well, that's too bad. I'm busy, so you'll have to wait.” This level of customer service is appalling. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you consider doing the same.
We stopped by for a quick break on our way to New Hope. The decor is bright and well-maintained, especially the restroom. We ordered a medium hot latte and a cinnamon roll to share. Both the drink and the food were decent and reasonably priced. We recommend downloading their app and signing up for their rewards program.
I occasionally travel from New York to Pennsylvania, and I always make it a point to stop for a breakfast sandwich at this specific McDonald's. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and generously filled, unlike some places where they seem squished. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!
Rude Hispanic blonde haired short manager is both unwelcoming and stingy. She’s on her phone 24/7 and hates to get off it. She’d rather talk with the employees than help a customer. If you don’t want to be nice to people don’t work with them. She should be fired immediately.

Witnessed the employees being rude to seniors and forcing them to use the kiosk and not letting them pay cash. Also charge 50 cents for sauce. Would recommend going to any other McDonald's. Manager is extremely rude to all
The restaurant has changed over the years. I usually go there for breakfast, and I’ve noticed that they’ve improved the wait times. It’s now a quiet and clean place to enjoy a meal.
It seemed like no one wanted to take my order, as the staff avoided the register for quite some time while everyone else was placing their orders on the tablets.
Customer service and staff personality needs improvement. Food is great! Served HOT&Fresh upon my visit on this day.
