Average basic quality, excessive waiting and unfriendly staff. After 15-20min when I ask several times where my order is, the server tells me whenever it happens, we go back to sit and when I go back to the counter ask again where my order is, a friendly waitress answers me that my order was not yet in preparation. It's not McDonald's restaurant in which I have the best experience despite the fact that I come there on average three times a week.
It would have been very nice to put a screen so that the customer knows where his order is like in some other McDo I don't know why in Claye-Souilly they don't want to do it. This is what they do in Germany, it’s much more pleasant, we see the number that’s a job and the number that’s to be served and it’s a McDonald’s
Quick service. It's a clean establishment. Order at the terminals and wait at the table for us to come to serve us to eliminate the waiting in cash. We no longer have to look for a table....plate in our hands... thank you for the table service
It's very nice, the space is arranged differently from many other Mac Donalds restaurants... but it's also a disadvantage, I have to pay to use the toilet or wash my hands after having finished eating. Book a table now
