After placing our order, we waited 20 minutes even though we were the only ones in the queue. After receiving the food, it turned out that one burger was missing, instead of one sandwich we received a dry bun and the hot chocolate was made in a sloppy way (I know it's McDonald's and I don't expect amazing quality but c'mon). After politely asking about the missing product and a dry bun, the manager (the person we turned to with our questions) went outside with coffee in hand. As if that wasn't enough, other customers waited at least 30 minutes for their orders after us.
