Repeating what I said elsewhere: The food is the usual McD 's stuff, and is fine. I love my double bacon egg McMuffin meal, especially as I can 't get it in South Africa where I live due to some people 's religious issues with bacon not being halaal although I don 't force them to eat it! so overdose when i 'm over in the UK. The young staff are very nice, but seem to be scared of an old woman manager ? who is always shouting at them. Unfortunately she also was rude to me this morning, hence this review and why I gave only one star for service. Usually you are used to McDonalds staff being spectacularly rude and dejected of all passion and that's not a dig, I mean it's not a nice job where I can imagine they receive a ton of abuse. However a colleague called Vladimir was smiling and interacting with customers. He was excellent with my nephews gave them balloons and interacted with them on their level, was really impressed. If I had a restaurant I would hire him!
I took my children to McDonald's for a treat after school on a Tuesday night. Unfortunately, our Happy Meals took over 15 minutes to be prepared and when we finally received them, the food was cold. My children were unable to enjoy their meals. I was disappointed with the experience at McDonald's.
I ordered online and they never include straws or sauces in the bag. Now I have to eat the dry food without any sauce. This only happens at the Bexleyheath location. They need to fix this. Frustrating.
