Reviews of McDonald's can be a bit unique because, in the grand scheme of fast food, they often don’t score very high. Still, I have to admit that I chose to eat here, and compared to other McDonald's I’ve been to, this one was quite satisfactory. The fries were warm and perfectly salted, and my sandwich looked fresh without any unappetizing ingredients. Honestly, that’s about all you can expect from a busy fast-food joint. My only complaint was that the soda I ordered seemed to be low on syrup, as it didn't have much flavor. However, I was in a rush and didn’t have time to address it, so I can’t really blame them for that.
This is the worst fast food place I've ever encountered. They never get my order right—literally, not once. I understand that fast food typically doesn't have the best service, but this place is on another level of poor. After the fifth time they messed up a simple order, I decided to stop going altogether. I only asked for three of the exact same meal, and two of the three had missing items. It's incredibly frustrating. I even tried calling to voice my complaint, but I couldn't get through because the phone was off the hook. I'm tired of having to fight for what I ordered and paid for. I won't be returning.
I requested a specific sauce, only to be told they didn't have it, so I settled for the basic honey mustard. In the end, though, they didn't even include any sauce with my order. While I understand that customers can sometimes be difficult, I certainly wasn't one of them, yet I was treated as if I were. Honestly, I don't mind that they forgot the sauce; I know that mistakes happen in a fast-paced setting. However, it wouldn't hurt to show a bit of kindness—it only takes a moment to be decent.
I'm increasing my initial review by two stars because it seems the ownership is genuinely making an effort. I received a refund after not receiving my food, and management told me they reviewed the video footage of my visit and made staffing changes to prevent a similar experience from happening again. Fast forward a month, and I just received a letter along with some coupons from the owners. I hope things improve and that they are taking the feedback from these reviews seriously.

We attempted to remember the last time we enjoyed good fries—the kind that everyone longs for from McDonald's. Unfortunately, we were let down by cold, stale fries. I understand that many restaurants are facing difficulties these days, but why spend money at a place that seems to overlook customer satisfaction? Fortunately, with BurgerFi now open in this shopping center, my kids are thrilled to enjoy their burgers and chicken during our weekly "fast food night."
The staff at this McDonald's are always very friendly! Here are a couple of tips: Be sure to use the app to access the best deals and earn rewards. Also, if you customize your sandwich, make sure to double-check your order before you leave. I really dislike pickles and yellow mustard, and there are times when they move a bit too quickly and accidentally leave them on.
Imani was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful when our food was delayed and maintained a polite demeanor throughout the entire experience. Her light brown eyes and lovely dimples make her a standout at the drive-thru, representing exactly what you hope for in someone offering assistance. Plus, the food is always fresh and delicious!
My family has been dining at this McDonald's since the early 1970s and though it's had some ups and downs through the decades I would have to say in recent years it is more consistently clean and well-run. Their drive-thru runs efficiently and their dining room has always been clean when we've gone in.

I ended up being late returning from my lunch break because I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. To save yourself some time, I recommend going to the one at the circle on 38 instead.
Compared to other McDonald's this location has the best prices. Service is excellent. I only eat McDonald's breakfasts foods and it's always fresh when I order from here.
