Is that the only McDonald's I've seen in my life? who refuses to take more than one order in a car. If it's because they've suffered scams, it's up to employees to be more careful and it's not up to customers to get bothered every time. It doesn't make it easy except the mistakes in the commands. I made a click and collected yesterday evening (26/12/2021) I went to look for it at 8:15 since there was no more wrap (I had 1 in my order) my order was cancelled, I was told to wait at the drive but behind an employee comes out to tell his colleague to stop the drive commands?. ... Why do we say to wait for the drive while they stop the drive.
Is the click collect not supposed to be faster than the drive? Because it never has the case 25 minutes to wait while the cars at the drive scrolls it arrives After and leave before!!!
