Mcdonald's - Table reservation

The IT (or outside networkn it is not clear) is not working today, no apologies nor further explanation. My order was allegedly lost. I had to place a new order (difficult to understand through the micro, person in charge not very patient). Nobody was at the point of payment. I had to step back (dangerous because of the cars) I had to pay one more time (Internet+ in situ) The manager is rude. It was my fault. Despite a long wait, there was a missing drink in the bag I received.

3/5 no more, no less... McDo what... At least, whether we are in Isère or Aisne we are not disoriented by the I don 't care of order preparers: how can you eat a salad without cutlery or sauce...??? A sound system planted on a repetitive sound but that doesn 't bother anyone...!!! Hot sundae ordered by mistake instead of the caramel sundae: very disgusting, who can like a spicy dessert? Fortunately the “room attendant” was helpful.

1 hour wait to get an order at the drive paid via the app, I asked why I was told there are only 9 people, that's not my problem! Mc do what is waiting for to recruit. no drinks like coke because no more gas, you ask if the order is complete and arrived at home the products are not the right ones mc first beef and I have chicken, no way to have them on the phone either, good luck to the staff

Mcdonalds stays mcdonalds and we know not to expect more then that. We only go there when travelling back and because the kids like it. In this case i write this revieuw because i can not believe they do not clean tables at all. In times of covid, this should be much better!!!!!!!!!!
