Usually I don't really like to leave negative reviews in places. If I don't like the service, I just don't go back there. But sometimes you also need to see if someone else has experienced something similar or if this has once failed. We've come to this McDonald's before it's refurbished, but that was the first time we left since it looks new. His pretty and chic and shows that McDonald's has grown to adult age with us. But the service is terrible. The first order we demanded for a big coffee, but the cashier told us that they were not. If we wanted to grow up, we had to order two small. It sounded strange and not like a big franchise, which usually lacked something as simple as this. But we...
I was initially disappointed with this restaurant as they unexpectedly closed at 10pm without any advanced notice, despite Google indicating they were open 24 hours. I missed picking up my Curbside order that night. Fortunately, when I returned a few days later, Juan, who I believe was the supervisor, was incredibly helpful. He apologized for the inconvenience and honored my entire order that had been missed. Thanks to employees like him, I decided to continue supporting this restaurant instead of taking my business elsewhere.
Drive Thru line was super long. I thought I would have faster service getting off since there was no one waiting to order. I was literally just standing there in front of the register for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Manager kept walking around giving orders to everyone else and never even looked my way to place my order. This place is NOT the same with new management they put here. Everything was just very sloppy. Never coming here again! I'll make the trip to the one on Ridge Rd. Rate: 0/10
to say something is old is not a good excuse, the place could be cleaner. the manager was nice, the server was just not in now when they know what I mean. on the manager side he can only work with the tools that the owner gave him. he was kind and continues to do a good job with what he has. I assume the maintenance is controlled by the dollars of franchisees. a simple order. bathroom need attention simple maintenance would simply not solve any excuse will not stop at this mcdonald’s again

after this covid hit- Always cold food and red light lamp dry.. I think the quarter pounder shrinks when it sits out to long. 2nd update as of 5-21-2022 and has been the 2nd time prices are not honored from what is charged on the app. Pulled up to the window and the employee asks for .75 more and rude. I emailed McDonald’s to get this corrected. Hopefully the app prices are corrected also!!
Once we got in, we got a friendly welcome. The staff was very patient, understood and made us feel comfortable. They were very attentive to our needs and the place very well cleaned. The music in the background was only at the right level that allowed us to conduct funny conversations. The ice machine works there by the way. In any case, would come back to this place.
We waited in a long line at the drive thru and when we made it to order at 9:59pm they let us know they were closed . We pulled up to window to ask what time they closed the manager on duty saw us and looked away to ignore us . Such a poor way of managing a well loved fast food restaurant.
The staff at this McDonalds were extremely friendly and accommodating. It is the best McDonalds I have ever visited.
