I was in this McDonald’s and it was relatively busy but I won’t complain to much about that as I am a business woman and understand that in city centres like Glasgow this is to be expected. As I was waiting for my companions food I was holding my tray when a old small man cornered me and started to repeatedly tell me to close my eyes as it was very busy people were staring but not interacting, once I did not close my eyes he started pressuring my companion to tell me to close my eyes , obviously she declined , after much pressuring and cornering he stole some of my chips and ran. the order screens did not work properly, gave them no confirmation or allowed them to pay with the card. the screen that shows the status of the entries also did not work. waited 35 minutes, just to call out my order number and it is a completely different order for someone else. will not use this mcdonald’s again
Terrible experience, should do better. Ordered a Grand Big Mac which should come with two beef patties. I requested that just ONE of the patties be removed. Someone decided I didn't deserve any patty at all and just gave me buns and lettuce. Was terribly disappointed when I wanted to have my meal at work.
