I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to its lackluster customer service. I ordered food and received the wrong order. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was left on hold for nearly an hour. I could hear a lot of noise in the background, but still no manager came to assist me. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such issues here. It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially when you are paying for your meal.
I did not eat here but I called up and said hello and asked the lady who was this speaking because I thought she said something else and she said “don’t you have something better to do with your time get out of here and stop it I said where this was” she acted so rude and all I asked her was to repeat herself terrible attitude towards me.

I like the fries. I think they are better than everyone else. There can be some improvement in the atmosphere.
