Be prepared for a long wait and cold food at this McDonald's. I placed my order in the drive-thru, only to be instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait for 15 minutes for one apple pie. When they finally brought my food, they informed me that there would be a delay on the pie. Don’t they keep track of the pie inventory? After waiting 20 minutes in the lot, I decided to go inside, where I was completely ignored by the staff. They lacked urgency and seemed indifferent to how long people had been waiting. It's McDonald's. They put in a lot of effort, but, as expected, it's McDonald's. I suggest visiting this particular location in Millington before lunch or dinner to enjoy fresher food. If you arrive during peak hours, be prepared for a wait. Also, I highly recommend avoiding late-night visits, as the food tends to be dry, not prepared well, and generally less appetizing. Overall, if you're in need of a quick meal and have no other options, you can eat here, and it will be acceptable.
Literally stuck in line for 40 minutes then they took 4 cars from one lane while the rest of us that have been stuck in line for the whole time just had to watch them go by. Got to the window with my mobile order and was informed that even though theamount was pending on my card I would not be given my food unless I pulled back around and ordered it again.
Went through the drive thru. All Employees I interacted with were super nice and friendly. Only issue I had was they told me my burger and fries were both being cooked and could I pull up. No problem. When they brought my food out less than 3 minutes laterthe burger nor the fries were even hot. ???????

It had been some time since my last visit, but I was happy to see that the restaurant and restroom were clean. The staff were courteous, and the service was prompt. We originally went in for coffee but ended up ordering meals that were hot and tasty. Everyone left feeling very satisfied.
They were busy but somehow our food was not hot. The fries were barely warm. We also had a total of 22 nuggets between everybody's order and we didn't get any sauce. I had to send my kid in to get the sauce. There were zero napkins in the bageither and the Sprite tasted flat.
