We stopped here as it’s a halfway point from Dallas to OKC, had a playground and Chick-fil-A was closed. The place smelt weird when we went in. The floor was sticky and the drink station was unkept with trash everywhere. Our small kids milk was given to us expired and the apples slices ended up being expired also. Thank goodness I checked it all when we got it. They didn’t have any other milk that wasn’t expired so we got Apple juice. I was worried about the rest of their food so I tried it prior to them eating. I shouldn’t have to do that. I was driving back from Oklahoma City and needed a quick bite. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, and the place was clean. They even offered me a complimentary frappe, which was delicious. However, once I got in the car and reached for my cheeseburger, I was disappointed to find it was stale. The bun was hard and the burger itself was dry. I didn't expect gourmet food, but I had hoped for a fresher, softer burger. It seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while before being placed under something heavy. I probably need to remember to check my food before I leave the drive-thru next time I'm at McDonald's.
The restaurant was spotless, and both the manager and Alice were incredibly friendly. I will definitely continue to visit this location. It was refreshing not to have to deal with unpleasant odors before my meal, especially compared to the one on Grand Street, which has a terrible smell. Thank you, Merrick Drive!
Never seen drive thru cashier tells customer that they're now accepting tips and it was hand written on the window, also the 2nd window where you receive food the girl gives bad face look when asked if she has Picante sauce like it's coming out of her pocket or we didn't give any business. Very poor experience.

The service was extremely poor. I needed a receipt, so I asked for one, and the staff directed me to another window. When I got there, the guy told me to park elsewhere and that the manager would bring it to me. What kind of restaurant doesn’t provide receipts?
I used the app to order while I was sitting outside. Went to freshen up, then I went to the counter and the order was waiting on me. You should use the app if you can, it's quick, easy and you get discounts through the app.
Lady at cash register was rude. You can tell she was new at register. Lead person was rude to other customers. We ordered frappes and coffee. Coffee was very cold waited 10 mins for a hot brew.
Customer service was good but my fries ended up being partially cold and my chicken sandwich was refried and thin. They took longer than usual which is weird because none of it was fresh.
