On my Drive passages, 8 times out of 10 items are missing... sandwich, extra sauce paid, basket of fries filled to half... no towels etc... Of course, it's once at home that we discover the problems! When I call to report the forgotten, I was told to come back! But of course, go back... by their fault. I've already claimed several times by courier. And it's up to me to remember!!! I prefer ShortSizes now since they've taken it. Better quality and cheaper.
Very nice staff but There's always one thing missing, either in order and we only see it when we're at home or when we command more ice or more crunch or something. It's tiring. I could do more than anything, but now I'm gonna go somewhere else. Happy New Year.
