I've dined at this location multiple times for both dinner and dessert. While the dinner has been satisfactory, I've repeatedly faced issues with their McFlurry machine, which is often out of order despite them still accepting orders. On several occasions, I've ended up with soft serve topped with extras instead of a proper McFlurry. I wouldn't suggest ordering a McFlurry here; it's better to go for the soft serve and save yourself $2. On the bright side, the line moves quickly, and they've generally gotten my other orders right.
I live in La Verne, and this McDonald's is my absolute favorite. It never fails to brighten my day. Just yesterday, while trying to merge, another driver and I both got cut off by an SUV. We exchanged some words with the driver of that vehicle. The other driver, in a generous mood, let another car in, which allowed me to go first. I really appreciated that act of kindness and made sure to thank the young lady who helped me at the register. It truly made my day when she thanked me back!
I bring my kids here to let them play, especially with the early sunsets now. The food is consistently good, and the service is usually excellent. However, I think they need more staff, as the drive-thru line can get quite long, and it seems like the customers inside are often left waiting during my recent visits. Overall, though, this McDonald's is great, and I will always choose to come here with my kids.
I had a terrible experience with the manager/owner here, who was extremely rude. That said, the food was fresh and tasty—definitely good! It’s a shame because the food quality could make this a great fast food spot, but the poor management really drags it down. Definitely disappointing.

I believe this McDonald's is the best in the area. The drive-thru line typically moves quickly, the staff is friendly, and my orders are always correct. I don’t mind going a bit out of my way to visit this location because they really stand out from the others.
Waited 40-45 minutes in the drive-thru line with only about nine cars ahead of me, just to get fries and three shakes. I’m pretty sure In-N-Out would have been much faster, even with a bigger order.
This McDonald's definitely deserves a 5-star rating! They're open late and have always had milkshakes and ice cream available every time I've gone.
The buns were stale and hard. I asked for no onions, but my order was overflowing with them.
