When my number was called, I grabbed my bag, which had the Filet-O-Fish and the milkshake inside. But where was the Quarter Pounder? And what about the fries? I waited as more orders were fulfilled, but mine was still missing items. A man with white hair looked at me, seemingly wondering why I hadn’t left yet. I explained that my order wasn’t complete. Isn’t everything supposed to be printed out? He checked my bag, headed to the back, and returned with a serving of fries.

I ordered a large Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel at McDonald's, but my drink arrived with no caramel at all. When I mentioned it to the staff, she took the drink and returned it without adding any caramel. After I clarified I wanted extra caramel, she took it back again, swirled it around, and gave it to me, but it just looked like iced coffee. She then explained that this is how she makes the caramel macchiato and apparently never adds caramel to the drink. I politely asked for a refund, and she took the drink while yelling at other staff in the back. A minute later, she brought back the correct drink, asking, "How’s this?" without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I...
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Linda Mar McDonald's for the amazing effort put into our McMilitary Fundraiser this evening! Your team is exceptional, and it's a pleasure to work with them. This event was organized by the American Legion Auxiliary to raise funds for our veterans at the Menlo Park VA Hospital. Last month, we took one of the veterans fishing at Pacifica Pier and honored her with a lunch at our Legion. They had some unforgettable fishing stories to share, even if they only caught one fish—what a story that was! Thank you for your fantastic support within our community!
I only stopped by to use the restroom and buy a bottle of water, but I was truly impressed by the staff. Everyone was wearing masks, and the bathroom was immaculate, just like the rest of the restaurant. Hats off to the manager for upholding such high standards!

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the food was lacking and seemed old. I believe this restaurant should be inspected by the California health department. The fries and burgers were served cold and weren't even at room temperature.
During our vacation from England in September 2019, we stopped here for breakfast before continuing our drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. The elderly Indian gentleman was exceptionally friendly and offered us outstanding service.
I visited this McDonald's to grab some fries and ended up trying their strawberry lemonade, which was surprisingly delicious. The staff and cashiers were friendly throughout my entire experience.
