I absolutely adore this McDonald's! I used to babysit two young girls who are now 6 and 4 years old. My husband and I would drive from Naugatuck to take them to this McDonald's. We would all enjoy a meal and then relax for a couple of hours while the girls played. They always had a blast playing with other children. Whenever they found out we were going to this McDonald's, they would get super excited and shout, "Yay, we're going to the bouncy house!" They always had an amazing time. The staff at this McDonald's are also fantastic and friendly.
I'm going to this place because I like to shop in front of location. very bad customer service. many times called because they don't have the orders right. the last time I asked for reimbursement because I didn't want to get back to the rest of the order, and they didn't know what to do. the answer was...” I am right here. I'm just working here for a day. the owner is not here. ‘
Brand new and contemporary. Conveniently located right off of Interstate I-84 with easy access. The restaurant has a large parking lot. The ordering process is fully automated with only one human cashier, which seems to be the new trend. The restaurant is reasonably clean.

Our food was cold and dry. Fries tasted like they been sitting for hours. Missing fries as well with the order. Missing sauce. Missing “paid” extra on the sandwiches. Order was wrong. Only thing right was the drinks. I wouldn’t recommend at all
I'm always 90% satisfied, they need to work on not adding pickles when you ask for no pickles, but other then that they have a fantastic Drive thru, you never wait so much like wendy's across the street lol you have to go early for them.
Indoor PlayPlace: I believe that every McDonald's restaurant should have an indoor PlayPlace. Many customers, including myself, enjoy the PlayPlaces at McDonald's, and they are popular among children as well.
