Absolute Katastrophe!!! Vorab per App zum Abholen bestellt. Verschiedene Burger, Beilagen und Salat bestellt. Was man bekommt, würde ich niemanden empfehlen!!! Die Burger waren teilweise schon hart und vertrocknet, aber dafür mit langen schwarzen Haaren verziert. Es war unterm Strich einfach unzumutbar und ekelhaft!!!!! Reklamation über „die Mc. Donalds Zentrale“ war ernüchternd, da weder Stellungnahme noch Entschuldigung, geschweige ein Gutschein für diese „sauerei“ angeboten wurde. Dieser Filiale gehört die Zulassung entzogen.
Zunächst mussten wir den Tisch selber putzen, da es niemandem interessierte. Danach falsche Bestellung erhalten und dazu noch waren die Boxen von außen voll mit Sauce geschmiert. Nach Reklamation beim Schichtleiter hat er uns trotz Belege gesagt, dass die Bestellung richtig wäre und das es normal sei, wenn Boxen so geschmiert sind. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Umtausch, extrem aggressiv und unfreundlich. Nie wieder!

An sich mc Donald ist mc Donald, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Allerdings ist die rutsche stark verdreckt und wirklich so das man die Kinder nicht drauf lassen kann leider. Echt ekelhaft da drin.
