My friend and I went there around 4:am and was told that they were only open for Uber and DoorDash pick up. When I drive-thru to leave, the employee with a headset came to the pickup window, took the order of a customer whose car was in front of me, and served him. When I knocked at the pickup window, I was told once again that they were close. If you don’t want to be discriminated against, don’t go there. Even if they are close, they have their favorite that they serve Service: 1
This location does not offer ice cream , frosty and cold beverages they seem to run out of these specific items. Their table service is not that great the people don't really speak good English most are immigrants that work there. Waiting forever to use the bathroom. Nyasia (I really hope I spelled that correctly) was incredibly kind! She was very attentive to the customers. It was heartwarming to see her go the extra mile to make sure an elderly lady with vision impairment was well taken care of, even holding the door for her. I truly appreciated that! Book a table now
While we were largely satisfied with the service and our meal, we did notice some issues, including a contaminated machine and a lack of proper tracking for our order when we scanned the code on the app. Additionally, some items from our order were forgotten. Food: 5/5
Not open 24 hours!!!! I drove up to the drive-through at around 4:30 am and was told that they were closed and wouldn’t reopen until after 6.
The French fries were overly salty. When I asked the manager to replace them, I was met with a rude and unpleasant attitude.
I waited 20 minutes for a #3 meal, even though I was assured after 10 minutes that my order would be the next one called. Book a table now
I was honestly told my food would be cold, and I have to say, given that they’re open 24 hours, the service is lacking.
