When I reached the next window, my order was incorrect, but I stayed positive and smiled. The manager made sure to communicate my order clearly to the staff and asked me to wait while they corrected it. She later delivered my order personally, expressing her apologies for the inconvenience. I was truly impressed by their commitment to customer service, and I appreciated how the manager led by example. This kind of work ethic is a significant asset for McDonald's.
