Catastrophic experience. We ordered in Click and collect 30 minutes before our visit to the restaurant to save time... bad idea! The order never arrived at the restaurant while it was paid online. The manager explained that she did not know how the online control system works and that the Internet did not work to a certain extent... In short, explanations as chaotic as the service. Why offer a Click service and collect if it doesn't work? How in 2022 can we always have unqualified management staff with online sales methods in such a large fast food chain? In all the other restaurants of the chain we have never had any problems, so I do not recommend the restaurant of Yutz.
On the site it is recorded that the reader closes at midnight, arrives at 23:30 we were told that it was closed, of course with all lights lit etc. House deplorable and without excuse.
Fast food has nothing fast. Some real restaurants are much more. Internal controls are disadvantaged, unlike conduct and delivery.
For 25 minutes, there were few people. 3 errors in order, no control of health passes. Go!
