Catastrophic experience. We ordered in Click and collect 30 minutes before our visit to the restaurant to save time... bad idea! The order never arrived at the restaurant while it was paid online. The manager explained that she did not know how the online control system works and that the Internet did not work to a certain extent... In short, explanations as chaotic as the service. Why offer a Click service and collect if it doesn't work? How in 2022 can we always have unqualified management staff with online sales methods in such a large fast food chain? In all the other restaurants of the chain we have never had any problems, so I do not recommend the restaurant of Yutz.

Today, December 27 at 4:30 p.m. we had lunch at the macdo yutz we ate late and instead of eating peacefully we were forced to attend a show between the person in charge and the lady with disabilities all of them started yelling at a little band of young girls and boys for a misty mask we understand the situation but all the time the young people were respectful despite the harassment I even think it was racist. I don't think I'm going to go to yutz. It'll be thionville for the next time. Menu received cold and room not very clean

Catastrophic!!! (and still the term is weak). Broken arm team!!! I can't wait for it to be at the Drive or inside. Yet the number seems to be complete. So what are you doing? No organization!! Are you wearing beads? But what shocks me is the wrong opinion and answers almost automatic: We're gonna get back up. What about the manager? Doesn't he care that his restaurant is so deplorable? I'd like an answer from him.

Inadmissible un Macdonald d'incapable commande passer via uber eat a lot of missing sandwich on calls as soon as we receive the message command on the answerer let no one answer and when I arrive to see someone there is this discharge of all responsibilities c shameful at the price that we pay I hope that this will happen to you Book a table now

If the disaster was a definition this macdo would be the perfect example, no respect for the actions within the team. The team discusses with it and the waiting becomes endless. The evidence is missing the potatoes sauces, and the sandwiches are incomplete and cold...
