These 5 stars go to the young man Allen at this point. He really turned out tonight (together with other times). This young man cleaned things I've never seen before while he kept all the kids on the playground. Make sure that this young man receives a certain recognition to go beyond expectations. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and I'd be proud to have him in my team. You smile and do your job as you did tonight, and you'll go far. I hope others follow your example.
