I watch them try and hand my hand my food to the car in front of me they went through it and handed it back and said it wasn't theirs when I got to the window he handed me that bag back after the car in front of me it just looked through it told him I didn't want it I took it back when they did when I did get my phone the fries was cold so was the Big Mac everything in the sack was cold
This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the country. It doesn't matter what time of day it is or whether the drive-thru is busy or completely empty. No matter what you order, you'll inevitably be asked to pull to the front and wait 15 minutes for your food. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.

The service here is really frustrating. They rush everyone to avoid slow drive-thru times, but it still takes ages for the food to be ready. Additionally, they seem to forget something every time I place an order.
I was ignored at the register and was told to place my order at the kiosk. I was using cash and I don't work there. My employee and I left and ate elsewhere.
