Additionally, I called the restaurant looking for some of the last Happy Meal toys, as many other places in the area were sold out. James was incredibly helpful; he went the extra mile to check the incoming stock and promised to call me back once the delivery arrived. Be sure to thank him when you see him! He even offered to call or have me check back in a few days for more availability.
I've had two fantastic experiences in completely different situations, and I really appreciated the effort they made to help me. Usually, when I call places to inquire about specific toys, I don't always receive such attentive service, but that was not the case here in Covington. Thank you!
I was served by the assistant manager, Chandra, and she is absolutely wonderful! She's incredibly friendly and always has a great mood. While I was waiting for my food, a customer approached her with an issue regarding their order, and I was truly impressed by how effectively she handled it. Recently, a young man took my order and I encountered some issues with the app. He immediately recognized the voucher I was trying to use, understood that there were problems, and made the necessary adjustments. That was truly excellent customer service!

Overall, a solid experience! The service was good, and I highly recommend the French fries, the Egg McMuffin, and the festive Halloween Boo Bucket McPunk’n.
The service was a bit slow. We dined in for breakfast, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. The food was quite good, rated at a 4, while the service received a 3. The atmosphere was enjoyable, also rated at a 4.
