This place needs to be managed. Kids sitting around and being aggravated that customer comes in( that's what you are there for , not just a check). Also having a customer come behind the counter is a violation of your conduct code I'm pretty sure. The owner needs to address this and I expect to hear from someone corporate asap!!!
