"This McDonald's is the worst in the world. It took 20 minutes to get two Happy Meals, which is ridiculous. The food was cold, so I'm not even going to wait for them to cook fresh. I will definitely be going somewhere else next time. Such an embarrassing experience."

Today I went to order some breakfast at the counter, as I like to pay with cash to keep track of my spending, only to be told I “MUST” use one of their machines to order !! I asked why she couldn’t take my order and I was told “It’s how we do it here” I told the young girl I was paying with cash which is still legal in the U.K. and was told “just hit cancel at the end of my order and I can come back to the counter to pay” If I have to go back to the counter to pay WHY CAN’T YOU TAKE MY ORDER ? “It’s how we do it here” I’m 63 I now hate those ordering machines in McDonalds. Popped in to have breakfast with my son around 10am. Ordered food using the screen and booked table service!! Worst McDonald’s in the UK. Went in Sunday night and it took 40 minutes to get served. I thought it’d be a one off so tried it again tonight and it was the same. Ages to be served, food was cold, staff were rude but looked like they were enjoying themselves making videos on their phones so there’s that. Seriously, stay away from this place they don’t deserve your money
I have purchased the hot chocolate deluxe, with cream and sprinkles, on three separate occasions, and not one of them was correct, in infact all three were just wishy washy hot water with a slight smell of hit chocolate. I actually made the point of asking about the sprinkles and cream last night, but still it wasn't made as expected.
