We have just ordered McDonald's at Great Bridge for kids' birthday party, and more than half of the menu is missing. There were no burgers , chicken nuggets, and some fries, and chips were all missing. When contacted McDonald's, they said that there is nothing they can do to contact just eat. Just eat in turn only suggested online complaints that they can only review within 48 hours. We did not want to cook and wanted to make the kids happy. Unfortunately, this horrible service spoilt it all for us. We'll that will serve as a valuable lesson to never order with just eat or online McDonald's ever again.
My experience at this McDonald's was one of the worst I've had. I specifically travelled to this location because I heard they offered a token discount for NHS workers. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no such discount available. The manager explained that the franchise did not consider the NHS to be a vital emergency service. On top of that, the food was served slowly and some items were missing, leading to a bad and cold taste overall.
The restaurant's service was disappointing once again. We used the drive-thru to pick up breakfast for our family, but were given our coffees and then told to wait in the car park. We waited for 9 minutes, during which time our coffee went cold. When we arrived home, we realized that the two orders of pancakes and syrup were missing the syrup, as well as knives and forks. Additionally, the coffee was still cold.
I was in a couple of mcdonald’s franchises, but this is the best pure because of the greeting and customer service. it was raining hard and the cleaner asked if I was okay when I came in. then when I had problems with the machine two (yes! two helped workers. and eating was hot. well done!
