I didn't like this restaurant because they wouldn't give me an orderly meal/order and thought it was funny yet I paid to get an orderly meal. I had a deal of buy Cheeseburger or 10pc Chicken Nuggets and one free and large fries. After paying, waiting a little bit of time, I went to pick up my order at the Pick up area. But they basically made my order while I was standing right there. She made the order as it was complete and waited till I started heading towards my seat, this evil employee called me out to go back and get the burger that she had refused to put in the bag to complete my order. I almost hesitated to give 4 stars, but this McDonald's visit truly surpassed my expectations. I ordered four Happy Meals—two with chicken nuggets and two with cheeseburgers—along with a separate 10-piece chicken nugget meal and a Southwest burger combo from their menu.
I served my own drinks, and the cashier kindly offered a soda carrier for convenience. The Happy Meals included both French fries and Go-Gurt, which is usually one or the other. Additionally, I was provided with plenty of condiments and napkins.
The service was courteous and friendly, and the line moved quickly, making the entire process efficient. The only minor issue was the presence of a couple of homeless individual...
Let's start with the negatives: the restaurant is located underground, which is more of a personal preference for me since I like to have a view outside. Also, the customer service was just average, but it’s possible the staff was having an off day. On a positive note, the space is quite spacious with plenty of seating, and it looked clean. The food could have been served a bit faster, but considering the high number of orders coming in, that’s completely understandable; my order arrived in a reasonable time of about 4-5 minutes. I would definitely return if I'm in need of a quick bite.
I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The staff provided excellent customer service, the place was spotless, and the coffee was fresh, complemented perfectly by hot hash browns. However, the major drawback is the lack of wheelchair access, which makes it difficult for disabled individuals and parents with strollers. On the bright side, the location is very convenient, situated right next to the Woodley Park/Zoo metro station.

Sometime the people don't speak English we all have to learn something. The parking lot had some changes and now they have employees outside taking the order instead of using the drive thru system which I found a creative way to swift the process. The staff is usually pretty nice and the fries are always hot but little salty which should be considered.
Saw something very disturbing this morning 8/21/22. An individual came in there and does not seemed like first time since worker new him. He was selling brand name shampoos soap etc for cash. The workers stopped serving and attended to the so called good deal on my guess stolen products. Owner look at your video at 10 to 1020am to see what happened.
It's McDonald's. But everyone is so nice! We got an extra serving of fries in my grandson's Happy Meal. And one of the patrons, who appeared to be a regular, helped not only us when we were looking for the bathroom, but helped a couple, too! Definitely a great McDonald's to go to before or after the zoo or just in the neighborhood.
Even though this McDonalds is located underground in a big city, I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. They had a section for ordering, a section for picking up and a separate section for mobile orders. This layout eased the congestion caused by the lunching crowd.

I would give this place 4 stars. The fries were incredibly fresh, which was a big plus, but my double cheeseburger and 10-piece chicken nuggets were only lukewarm. The dining area was mostly clean, but there were some little flies buzzing around. Also, it's frustrating that you need quarters to use the bathroom!
I have an paid order to pick up but they refuse to give it to me I guessing because I'm black and they are Latino.
