Went around 8:00 on a Saturday night. When we pulled up we were the only car. Ordered fresh fries and the cook to order ended up on the fish sandwich not the fries. I used to work at the McDonald 's on 84th so I 'm pretty familiar with how things operate and I 'm also really understanding because I know how things operate. That being said we asked to make sure we weren 't going to have to wait forever for fresh fish since that 's where she put the cook to order. Instead of fixing it she left it and told us no we wouldn 't have to wait long. Guess what? We waited for fries AND fish. Whatever. No big deal I guess. I just want to give one of your employees a scream, I think his name is Tim, every time I thru the drive, he works on the first window that collects the money. I went to your particular place for many moons, and I can honestly say that familiar face and a person who is happy, never rude and ALWAYS has a positive attitude is really a good way to start my day or finish my day when I happen to stop at noon. On the journey through 7:55, ordered 3 meals, spent about $24. Pull up to the window, then paid on another window waiting for almost 3 minutes, get our sodas then we are told to move to a waiting area, as our meal has not been done yet. Wait for almost 9 minutes and are offered the wrong order, so he goes back, brings the right order, flashes a smile tells us to have a good evening. I thanked him and wished him the same. Honestly, I was half annoyed and expected the worst but boy, I was wrong! Hot, fresh pommes, burgers were hot and beautifully joined together (sometimes these burgers can be a mess in a box! It was okay this time. Was happy with the service and they didn't screw up. I have to say that things are taking care of this place. There were many problems here in the past. The orders were never correct, something was always messed with my order. Later they were on the ball. No more 20 minutes to get my food, just to find out it was wrong. 6. October I went and ordered Pommes. They were quiet and cold. I've ordered fresh fries. I recit them, but when I came home, there were nothing but long black hair strands in them. The lady who gave me these pommes had long black hair. I know it wasn't mine because my hair wasn't black and it was bound. When I called, the manager answered with Okay, and that's all. Very unpleasant with it and will not go to this loyalty. It's shameful that it's the street off my house. Bad service. Poor management. Bad food.
Some of the employees weren?t wearing masks. The employee that brought my food to the car gave my food to another customer, that customer dug through the bag and then he tried to give it to me. If you want cold food, slow service and exposure to COVID this McDonald?s is perfect for you.
Please check your food for the hair... on various occasions there were hair in sandwiches, knitted on my hash browns, and stuck in the cap of my soda. Just disgusting.
