If I could give it 1/2 star I would do that. Went to McDonald 's on 179th and Wolf Road and ordered a meal that was to include the new collector glass. I didn 't get a receipt and as it turned out I didn 't get the glass either. When I went back 5 hours later I was told that I couldn 't get the glass because I didn 't have a receipt. I asked to talk to a manager and the kid at the window said there wasn 't really one there. I asked what that meant and he said there wasn 't one there and I should wait until tomorrow and call. I asked for the number to this store and he told me I could look it up. So I did and I called and I spoke to manager and he said that so many people were saying they did...
I really don't know why to say came through the drive through near 530am when ordering a meal and two coffee. I requested if they could make a fresh pot ! She said No! I asked when was it made she stated I have 3 or 4 pots on and I am not going to make another pot I made all at 5:00 am . The way she stated what she was not going to do was very rude. I explain I can taste the difference and most McDonald's if they have busy times yes it's okay but your location at 530 not a lot coffee drinkers to have 3 or 4 full pots going at the same time that were made almost 30 mins ago. IBecause of that interaction I went to Dunkin' . Donuts. I'm sure this request from a customer was not unusual especial...
Second wrong order in drive through in two days. Ordered pancakes and eggs, get home and get pancakes and meat. (We don 't eat meat and this was a treat for my 91 year old mom). Disappointing since I drove 25 minutes in the rain one way to get there. Same older woman every time. Repeats it back to me and then I get home and it 's something else. Order egg and cheese biscuit-clearly say No meat. Get to the train in the morning, open my bag, egg and meat. WTH? Pay attention, people. It 's not rocket science. And when I called 3x to tell them, they don 't answer the phone.
I know, Mickey D's is not a favorite among Yelpers. But ya know, us goin out lovers hit every place imaginable and this is another one. McDonalds are not all the same by far. But this location has their act together. Always friendly, fast and accurate. And that is not the case with other locations for sure. Great food for this category and extra good at this location. Note though that the prices are outrageously too high! Book a table now
I love their pancakes. They are so fluffy and sweet. Better than any pancake house! I order Americano's and they are pretty good here. They really use espresso and water. Salads are pretty consistent. Burgers good. Chicken sandwich very good! They discontinued the cranberry muffin!! Why? But apparently all mcdonald's discontinued it. Nothing better than their vanilla soft serve and we get the cone-in a cup!
What is the point of placing a mobile order 20 minutes prior to arriving at the location just for them to have me wait in a spot because they still don't have it ready? This has happened the last 2 days and all I order is 1 sandwich and a drink.
guy serving us was a complete nutjob who couldnt even count, gave us 1 shake when we paid for 6 then proceeded to only give us 4 more. we needed to get another and he had an attitude like working mcdonalds drive thru is a difficult task.
Found a ROACH on my breakfast Sandwhich the am. Called this location and this Hispanic employee was so rude, hung up on me. I called back she answered and called me Karen and hung up on me! Boycott they re filthy and don't care! Book a table now
Ordered 2 big macks terrible why to much sauce no lettuce, looks like they stepped on them ..never again
