I've visited this McDonald's location a few times and on my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by one of the managers. When I picked up my mobile order, he kindly thanked me and wished me a good day. As I was leaving the parking lot, I realized that a part of my order was missing. I have visited this restaurant three times in the past year and each visit has been a disappointing experience, even for fast food standards. On two occasions when I went for breakfast, the menu was not visible. Despite there being 20 different items, the staff did not provide a menu when asked. Instead, they just asked me what I wanted face to face, which I found to be unprofessional. The food itself was not up to standard either, with hash browns that tasted stale and pancakes that came without butter or syrup. This McDonalds has on many occasions screwed me because of being cheap. 2 notable examples:1) Arrive home and notice order of chicken nuggets is missing, go back and kindly show them the reciept and give bag, They give me back my bag with the chicken nuggets, but TAKE my fries away and do not replace them because they were eaten a bit .2) I order a strawberry smoothie, LARGE (and it cost like multiple dollars more), they forget it... The food at this restaurant is consistently decent, not bad at all. However, the service during our last visit was a bit surprising. There was no total given at the speaker and we didn't receive a receipt. The employee also didn't hear our order for two shakes, so we only received one, causing one of our children to become upset. Despite this, the employee took my card again, swiped it for the missing shake, but once more did not provide a receipt. Although it may not be a major issue, we would have liked to know the total cost of our meal and realized the mistake earlier if the amount had been communicated at the speaker.

I ordered through a new app and followed the instructions. I sat at a table and reported my table number. A few minutes later, I heard my first name being called to pick up my food. I was surprised and asked why they didn't bring it to my table quietly. They explained that they don't offer table service until next week. I suggested that they should let customers know on the app in advance. Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called with my earbuds in. Thanks.
We all know the menu, But for now the service is especially good. There are servers walking the lobby asking how things are, and if you need anything. There is, for now a beautiful view, and nice audible music. very easy act, corner of Hess and Chambers road, and they have some sweet deals on the app. Very nice Interior decorations and ample safe parking. And the bathrooms are not locked.....

Asked for no onions and they put them in between the patties! I’ve never seen a McDonald’s do this even when onions are ordered. It was intentional and the people of this McDonald’s DESERVE to be replaced by robots. Can’t wait until fast food becomes automated and orders are made correctly.
