They then pulled up and sat over 20 min at pickup joking with kid in yellow shirt and apparently changing and changing their order. Very disappointed ???? didn 't even order food. Waited at the speaker in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes while I was told by at least 5 different employees that someone would be with me soon. The last one said that they were really busy and someonewould be with me as soon as they could, but I was only the third car in the entire drive thru and the front parking lot was farfrom full. This McDonald's is the only one worth stopping at between Phoenix and Vegas, making it our preferred choice. It's always busy with travelers, which usually means the food is fresh and doesn't sit out for long. Over the past nine years of visiting, I've consistently enjoyed their crispy fries and nuggets, as well as food that’s better than the typical McDonald's.
We entered and placed our order at the kiosk, which was very user-friendly. I ordered the Deluxe Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Paying at the kiosk was just as straightforward. However, I found the additional charge for the deluxe salad (with tomato) to be quite excessive. Overall, the meal was enjoyable and the service time was reasonable.

Not much to say about McDonald's. The only reason the service and atmosphere got so high is because one of the employees was great. He actually greeted people, he took orders and cleaning all the while. I wish I had gotten his name. I hope he isappreciated as the assest he is.
The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to! Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A—they’re the only ones who keep the line moving efficiently. Despite paying employees $16 an hour, the service here doesn’t reflect that. I recommend heading to the Burger King nearby instead!
Forgot an order of fries in my order at the drive-thru. They were busy, I understand. I parked went in to get them the gal was a rock star apologized upgraded them...with a smile on her face.
Whenever we drive to Vegas, we frequently stop at McDonald's. We grab some snacks and enjoy a pleasant break. The restaurant is always clean, and the customer service is reliably excellent.
