I ordered a few food for me and my family on the table to be served. digital ordering machine did not give us a paper receipt. So I just remembered the number on the screen. after 10 minutes without service I came into the counter and realized that our order was taken by someone else. manager gave me that. but my order was clearly on the table to serve (and what is a normal practice in other mcdonalds) and it is not my fault that her digital screen did not give any quits. after 10 minutes or with manager, we had to go away hungry. never visit this hole again.
McDonald 's on rural and apache. the staff is unprofessional. one guy used the word **** over 50 times in one minute to a customer who is African American. all because he asked them to quiet down while he was on a business call. video here....
I have never written a review before so here I go! While at this McDonalds my car died in the drive thru and I was causing a back up.
First time here Bought 4 Biscuit, Egg, Bacon and Cheese sandwiches to treat friends to breakfast before going to the Swap Meet.
