Customer service was on superb side, u cant order at the normal window inside the lobby an u must use the kiosk to order I'm not to familiar w it myself but received help from the sweetest female employee who punched my order in w ease. The food was very good as well but the customer service I had received here that day will stay w me fa life. Keep up the excellent service
I would give these mcdonald's negative stars if possible, I am a door lock driver who drives for a few hours after work and every time I go here, they wait for at least 20 minutes, even if there is only two people in front of me. they don't know what they do, that I was given twice the wrong order, which I fortunately watched and wasn't run away. not where they are.
I think it's the worst. to make a long story short, my man was threatened to get the police who called him by the female manager at this place because he wanted to buy 2 hungry little youngs who were out in the cold something food. they wouldn't even let them come in the restaurant and refused to serve us. we will never go back here in person.
a roach on the drive through the window literally crocheted from inside the restaurant into the outside window, then back in. the hired one also looked at it. also they do not give out sauce when they ask. 20 pc chicken with 1 sauce? Book a table now
I feel it is important to give credit where credit is due. This McDonald's was amazing, super friendly, food was HOT and fresh, unlike most fast food joints today always cold. Thank you for the hot Breakfast and the kindness!!
wait at least 25 minutes after waiting to welcome 10 minutes. a hired man waited before us all after 20 minutes to have corrected their order. I have never written my bill for mealtimes. everfood: 1/5
