This McDonald's location seriously needs to improve its customer service. When I visited today, I saw five employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves while four customers waited for five minutes without anyone taking their orders. After my order was finally taken, it took another ten minutes to be prepared. When the food was ready, no one called out the order numbers for pickup. I was very disappointed with this experience and won't be coming back to the McDonald's on Foothill Boulevard. Thank you.
I visited McDonald's in early August 2022 before a nearby job interview. The food and prices were typical for the chain. However, some tables were dirty, making it hard to find a clean place to sit. There were also flies flying around, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the staff was slow in bringing my order to the table. Due to these reasons, I’m giving this location three stars.
Don't expect too much from a McDonald's. It has a drive-thru, is conveniently situated, and offers free restrooms and Wi-Fi. There's plenty of outdoor seating available, but the indoor space is somewhat limited, which can lead to a crowded atmosphere during the winter months when people generally prefer to stay inside.
My orders have consistently been wrong; they've only gotten it right once in three tries. It might be time for management to consider some changes. The staff appears to be overworked and stressed, which adds to the negative atmosphere. Overall, my experience has been quite disappointing.

A true home away from home. The service at this restaurant is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, the Big Mac tastes just like it does in the USA!
Although I'm not particularly fond of McDonald's, I have to say their vanilla milkshakes are fantastic. They are creamy and boast a true vanilla flavor that truly shines.
Don't need to go to the counter. Order and pay your food through the standing machines. Someone brings your food at the table. Great plan. I love those machines.
The fries are consistently cold and overly salty. Even when there's no one behind you in line, they still ask you to move forward.
