The McDonald's on Baseline in Arkansas has quickly become my favorite! Although I usually visit the Landmark location, I stopped by Baseline today and ended up ordering dinner for my whole family. The staff were incredibly patient and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking to leave with a smile. Thank you for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere—this is exactly how businesses should be run. Much appreciation to all the team! ❤️
The restaurant was quite dirty, as shown in the photos. I waited seven minutes just to get a cup of coffee, even though there was no one ahead of me at the counter. The woman behind the counter, who appeared to be the manager, was yelling at customers to wear their masks. However, it was evident from the pictures that she didn't seem to care whether her own employee standing beside her was wearing his mask correctly, as it was hanging below his mouth.
The food arrived hot and fresh! However, the service was extremely slow, as we waited at least 30 minutes just to place our order. On the bright side, the staff were very polite. One employee explained that they were short-staffed, which likely caused the delay. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant once they have a full team working!

I visit this location often, but I've consistently had problems with the fast food staff. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never purchase food from this place again. Going forward, I'll go out of my way by two miles just to avoid dealing with the employees at this location, especially the management!
A few months ago, I would have rated this McDonald's zero stars due to consistently slow service, including a 45-minute wait in the drive-thru. However, on my recent visit, the service was much improved. I hope this positive change continues under better management.
Although the employee correctly confirmed my order, it was still delivered incorrectly, requiring me to wait for a remake and have it brought back to my table. The only positive was that the food was served hot.
The coffee was, as always, wonderful. However, I found it inconvenient that there was no one available to take orders and process payments. I had to go directly to the delivery person instead.

My favorite place! I only go to McDonald's and for one reason: the crew is the best!!! The morning staff is always quick and incredibly friendly!!!
Quick and piping hot meal! It's super convenient, and I absolutely love the 20-piece nuggets! They are delicious!
