Went through the drive through, when passed my food I asked for packets of ketchup. The girl at the window proceeded to say can I give you BBQ sauce instead and then said it was because the ketchup was too far for her to get literally 5 feet away .Then when we said no we wanted ketchup she rolled her eyes and say are you sure.When she came back with the ketchup we asked her why it was such a task considering it’s her job. She then had attitude and realizing what she did tried to cover it up. Working In the service industry, it is your job to serve and give the service guaranteed from the company and we didn’t receive that. We received a lazy girl with no respect for a simple job or the custo...
Staff are rude, no urgency what so ever. I haven't had a good experience at this mcdonalds in years. I always have to repeat my order 6-10 times for them to get it right on the screen and its not complicated, 100% of the time I've been asked to pull forward in the drive thru and wait, and waited well over 20 mins to be handed an incorrect order then have to go back in and be met with attitude and arguments to try and get the correct food. Last time I demanded a refund and told them keep their food I was so fed up. I don't go there often but I'm going to be making a conscious effort to not go there again, ill drive out of my way to any other one.
Used my points for a free burger, it was pathetic. It wasn't a quarter inch thick by at least an eighth of an inch.The cheese wasn't melted, it was partially stuck out the side of the bins.Absolutely no pride placed in my order, also I should add, it was not busy at all, only two other orders.Finally reached the point where I am done with McDonald's, called the restaurant, nothing was done.Pretty sad.
This went from being the best McDonald in Dartmouth to being the worst in the past 2 years.Have found non food items in food on several occasions.The staff on the speaker cant hear understand you half the time.The food is often made wrong.And the drive thru wait is often lengthy.Honestly go to the bridge terminal Mc. Donalds it's much much better
