Much faster at service than the one near walmart in N. Kansas Expressway.Went to it yesterday and 3 cars decided to leave ahead of me. When it was my turn. They made me wait without reason. Waited till another car left the other side. No reason was given. So I went to this location and got my orders straight away. I even saw the other car who just left. We had the same thoughts.Been here before too for many times. Nothing to complain. Place inside was neat and organized (before covid). Friendly and fast customer service ? ?
Waited over 30 minutes for order online order inside of their store when it was supposed to be done when I got there and when I said I can't believe it's taking so long the manager replied there were four Happy Meals it's for little small Burgers get over it McDonald's the girl took the Happy Meals in and out of the bag like four to five times it took her 10 minutes to put for happy meals in a bag. The one little girl with the reindeer ears was acting all snotty and even ignored me when I spoke to her
I was screamed by the manager here or at least I assume she was the manager. the app didn't work properly and I tried to make an order, but no matter what I did, the app wouldn't work. I tried to find out what happened to someone who runs the auto-thru, but I couldn't find out. Once I heard an aggressive ton in the vote of the manager, I quit and sped off. 30 minutes of my life wasted and my day was ruined. never invite them again. my advice? go to another mcdonald’s.
I just left this location after waiting 13 mins for a 4pc chicken nugget Happy meal large Dr Pepper and 2 Holiday pies. Then they bring my order and low a behold pies are nowhere she states we just put them in and they will be ready in 10mins ABSOLUTELY NOT and you want $15 an hour I don't think so. This is not the only time this location has screwed up

Got the BF w/hotcakes. Pancakes were hot scrambled eggs were just how I like them still a little wet. Had them swap the biscuit for the muffin. Very friendly staff. Even got to see a show while eating breakfast. Origami or Jenga not really sure lol
Truth be revealed there's a problem with the food they serve. Many of us have read about it but few of us do anything about it. Personally I would only go out of convenience, drive through only for a drink only and still feel bad about it.
I ordered a quarter pounder meal with no pickles get my food and pickles on the burger. Fries tasted like they was old they were hot but just tasted really old
