It was beyond packed and seems to always be whenever i pass by. It was my first and last time going here. There was all these homeless people in there begging you for money as you are trying to buy your food. Could not tell who was ordering and who was not. People were just hanging out beign loud as hell. I ordered a slushy and it was filled to the to top (yeah more for me). Except alot of residue was just left on top and spilling over . They could of cleaned it off.
the place looks in the regular clean but because the neighboring has a lot of unintentional characters they hang in the restaurant on valuable space and in the rule make the atmosphere two thumbs down. the system itself has been updated so that they can find kiosk and bar height tabs. the customer service can be a hit or failure depending on the time they visit, so make sure they double check their order.
Walked in after gym workout this morning. The service was so horrible I had to walk out. They were not busy and failed to acknowledge customers. The manager was walking around and two staff were either trying to figure out how to put a lid on a cup. I think they maybe needed the instructions in Español.It’s a hood McDonald’s so this McDonald’s keeps it real by offering deplorable service!

buns for my sandwich were hard and it wasn't even warm. taste was also of 3. They never brought the food to my table after they had used the pay system. they only screamed or my number and I had to pick up all my things and get it. for happiness the people know what is going on and have not taken my place. food: 2/5
I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before I start work, I was in a hurry and wanted something in my system,I thought it would take like 2 minutes since I order only large fries and end up waiting like 10-12 minutes ,make me late ,n they forgot my order,worse experience ever
Many people ordered it and waited for 20 or 30 mins and they complain and refund their money back. I know the workers stressed out and overwhelmed. They gave our cheap fries and missed 6 nuggets and so disappointed with them. Like around 9 pm I think.
The food was cold. You need a real manager. Cashier wanted to overcharging for something that was included. Horrible service now I know you why you can’t eat at Macdonald. Double cheeseburger smell like dead rat. Horrible horrible Book a table now
why did the young cashier try to ignore the .99 every size drink goodschein and for every hazelnut (6?) when did that start because I have a frequent customer at breakfast what? What is the next, charge for cream milk dishes?
