great customer service. this particular employee refuses to follow the exceptions for people with medical problems, asthma as well as other breathing problems and when I told her I had all these and that I had no masks and I showed her that all of Californians took this exception oh, she told me when she sees me in the parking lot, she will call the cops. someone has to do something about these hired because guarantee that I will call, especially if they refused to give me their names, but I have pictures and a video so that I think I'm good on this part, but she was incredibly rude and again this problem has to be looked and solved
I was really disappointed with my drive-thru order tonight. The food was terrible, and it felt like no one bothered to care about their work. The service was just miserable. I get that things can be tough, but why should I have to suffer for it? I ended up throwing my food away and going to Jack in the Box instead. From now on, I will be steering clear of this location.
i’d give zero stars if possible. the absolute worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. they forget at least one thing every time i’ve been to this location, always stingy on sauce and most recent order the guy told me to f off because he forgot to give me my fry that i ordered.
What would of made it absolutely perfect was, if I had gotten the packs of sugar I asked for my coffee. But then again not a single McDonald's I've been to give me the amount I ask for, maybe they think it's too much. But I use 10 pks for mine. Thank you, maybe next time!!

Just got a couple of drinks I was impressed but he's improved attitude of the two workers that I doubt that this time but I've never seen them before either. It's a pleasant welcome that place needs more play people like the two ladies that were working there when I went

The customer service was decent, but it could have been better. I didn't receive a greeting when I entered the restaurant, and my cookies were served cold. Additionally, their drink machine was out of order.
8:40 pm 01.16 woman manager sad lobby is closed after 8pm, but on the doors they didn't write this information, they write we working 24 hours, but how I should know about lobby working hours
