I try to avoid this McDonald’s because of how terrible and slow the service is but it is the closest one to my house and when I’m desperate for a quick bite or coffee before work in the morning I will sometimes stop here hoping that the service will be better than before but every single time without fail they either hand me the wrong order or take forever to get me my food or both and keep in mind I never order more than 2-3 items. Today all I ordered was a McMuffin and a hash brown and I waited over 10 minutes just to be handed a completely different order. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes at this restaurant, but it was a disappointment. The food was served without utensils, syrup, or butter, and it was cold. The Premium Roast Coffee was also not up to par, as it tasted old and had coffee grounds in it. Overall, it was not worth the money, and I ended up throwing everything in the garbage.
The food was very hot, from the double cheeseburger to the 10-piece nuggets. The fries were excellent. Both of the people I spoke with were friendly and professional. I was in line for no more than 5 minutes from start to finish. This was the best McDonald's experience I have had in years, possibly the best ever.
I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru. The service was so good that I even tweeted about it. The young man working at the window was very kind and polite. And to top it off, my fries were hot and my fish sandwich was delicious.

The Big Mac Meal with 10 Piece McNuggets was absolutely fantastic! It was consistently high quality and, best of all, served hot and fresh. I always feel that my money is well spent when dining here. Highly recommended!
