I had a technical problem with the order kiosk. I had requested an offer from the app and I could not hear it because according to the manager if a reset was made to the kiosk it took a lot. But it's better for a customer to lose the offer that a kiosk doesn't work. Luckily it doesn't happen in all the mcdonald's this.
